  • I pledge to shut down my computer at the end of the day, to switch the lights off when I leave a room, to take shorter showers instead of baths. I pledge to turn the thermostat on my geyser to 55⁰, and to use the heater, fans and air conditioners only when necessary.

  • I pledge to share the word about energy savings, aware that my voice can have an impact on my community.
  • I pledge to save electricity not only because I’ll see the difference in my bank balance, but also because I want my children to inherit the full beauty of the South African environment.
